Mr. Schellenberg has been managing and financing public and private resource based companies for the past 20 years. This experience provides the Company with leadership and well defined corporate goals.

 
Mr. Kirill Klip, MBA
Position: Non-Executive Chairman of Board

Mr. Klip graduated with a management degree from St. Petersburg State University of Railways and an external degree of Masters of Business Administration in finance from both the International Business School in Moscow and Guildhall University in London. He has an extensive expertise in banking, transportation, mining, telecommunication, and internet industries and his insight has brought many companies to the next level. In addition to years of entrepreneurial and investment endeavours, he is also currently managing a portfolio of global assets.

 
Dr. Frederick W. Breaks
Position: Special Advisor

Dr. Breaks is a Ph.D. and Professional Geoscientist who is well known as a Lithium and Rare Earth Elements (REE) expert in Canada. A proven explorer, he discovered two significant lithium-rich deposits: Avalon Venture Ltd's Big Whopper pegmatite near Kenora, Ontario and Houston Lake Mining Inc's Pakeagama Lake pegmatite in the North Spirit Lake area of Northwestern Ontario. His ability to create genetic and exploration models of lithium-rich, pegmatite deposits was developed during his career at Ontario Geological Survey where he authored and coauthored over 120 peer-reviewed scientific papers.

 
Paul Chung, B.Sc. (Geology), MBA
Position: Director

International experience and expertise in the management of public companies over the past 19 years make Mr. Chung a valuable asset to the Company's Board of Directors. He is directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the Company.

 
Mr. John Fraser, P.Geo.
Position: Director

Mr. Fraser holds a B. Sc. degree in Geophysics and a M. Sc. Degree in Geology, both from the University of British Columbia, and has been employed in mineral exploration since 1970. He was Exploration Manager, Central Canada, for Noranda Exploration Co., and Senior Geologist for Bow Valley Industries Ltd. More recently he has been providing exploration consulting services for numerous junior resource companies, searching for base and precious metals, uranium and diamonds throughout North America, Argentina, South Africa, Namibia and Finland, as well as serving as a director for several companies. Mr. Fraser is registered as a Professional Geoscientist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and as a Professional Geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories.

 
Mr. Hari B. Varshney, FCA
Position: Director

Mr. Varshney has been involved in raising over $150 million for various venture capital projects around the world. He has been in the venture capital business since 1985 and during this period has been a director and/or officer of many public companies trading on various North American exchanges. He is a partner in Varshney Capital Corp., a merchant banking and corporate advisory firm based in Vancouver, BC. Mr. Varshney has also been very actively involved in the community and supported various charitable projects for over 25 years. He is currently the Chair of St. Paul's Hospital Foundation, and a director of Canada India Village Aid Association (CIVA), and the Indo-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Varshney was also one of the 2006 British Columbia Achievement Awards recipients.

 
Mr. Thomas Currin
Position: Special Advisor

Mr. Currin brings 31 years of lithium project expertise in the fields of engineering, processing, and evaluation. Mr. Currin is currently President and Co-Founder of Limtech Technologies Inc., a privately held company providing engineering services, lithium chemical products and recycling services to the lithium chemical industry. Prior to founding Limtech, Mr. Currin held the position of Division Planning Coordinator and Technical Manager with FMC Inc., a Fortune 500 diversified chemicals, mining and machinery company. FMC is one of the primary producers of lithium worldwide including operations in Argentina. Mr. Currin adds a critical element to the team with a breadth of operational business experience in the Lithium industry. Mr. Currin has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Carolinas Section.
