STATUS

La Mancha Resources Inc. is the exploration operator. The 4,000m drilling program from Nov 2007 wrapped up in March 2008. Results will be available 2nd quarter of 2008. La Mancha is principal operated and 25% TNR owned.

Location

La Ortiga is located in San Juan Province, in Argentina, South America, within close proximity to the new Pascalana Baldidero Gold Mine.

Technical Details

The La Ortiguita Project contains five distinct target areas for continued exploration, referred to as the Breccia, La Clarita, Filo Fatima, Filo Fartuna, and the Silicified Zones. Exploration conducted thus far has targeted a porphyry copper-gold/epithermal gold system and has found an arcuate band of silicification approximately 300 to 400 m wide and extending over 1.5 km in length, associated with an approximately 50 m wide shear zone.

La Mancha Resources Inc. has an option to acquire a 75% undivided interest in the La Ortiguita project.
