NORTHERN PROPERTIES

The Northern Properties consist of mineral rights totaling approximately 41,000 hectares. TNR owns 25% with a 2% NSR (Net Smelter Return).

STATUS

On August 30, 2010, NGEx Resources Inc. notified the Company that it was abandoning the Northern Properties. NGEx Resources Inc. has agreed to continue to pay 75% of the Northern Properties claim fees. The Company is currently negotiating fair compensation to acquire NGEx Resources Inc. 75% interest in the Northern Properties.

Location

TNR's Northern Properties are located in the Northern part of San Juan Province, and total approximately 41,000 hectares.

Technical Details

The Northern Properties consist of a package of mineral rights totalling approximately 41,000 hectares and are known as Solitario 17, Ritsuko, Ranchillos - Rio Blanco, La Brea, Caserones and Cateo 26 mining leases. The Northern Properties, along with the Batidero property are part of a large, strategic land position held by the Company in this under-explored area of Argentina.
